THE SUN, AND THE MOON

to grow grapes for centuries.

to teach winemakers a new way to extract the best from this magnificent terroir.

TO BIODYNAMIC WINEMAKING

Preserving soil health and boosting the plant’s natural defenses.
Respect for terrestrial and lunar cycles, the use of biodynamic preparations, and herbal infusions made from nettle, chamomile, or valerian all help strengthen the vitality and self-sufficiency of the soil and the vines.
The TERRA SOLIS vineyard spans 45 hectares, tended by five winemakers committed to biodynamic farming.

TERRA SOLIS has its own biodynamic winery.
The grapes are sorted, and fermentation takes place using indigenous yeasts naturally present in the cellar and on the grapes.
Punching down, pumping over, light filtration, and aging ensure constant and meticulous care for each cuvée. Bottling takes place during the “waxing moon-fruit day” according to the Maria Thun calendar.
